Aveda’s Dukes Lane shop has recently been refitted. The company’s policy has always been to use as much recycled material as possible and noticing a pile of salvaged pier timber in the  compound asked if it could be bought for use in the Brighton shop. As part of the White Night celebrations on 30th October there will be a ‘mini murmuration’ on the West Pier beach.  The instalation, formed of wind generated LED lights, takes inspiration from the resident starlings which roost on the West Pier at dusk and will be visible from nightfall tomorrow.
