Congratulations to Glynn, the Trust’s wonderful Chairman, whose services to the community have been recognised with the awarding of an OBE in the Queen’s New Year’s honours!

The Heritage Lottery Fund turned down our bid for funding the West Pier heritage centre. Competition was intense and another project thought to be more in need of HLF support was chosen. We’re disappointed, of course. Looking to the future, we will now examine other ways of realising our plans for developing the heritage centre ... Read more

It was great to see so many members at last night’s AGM. The mood was upbeat and supportive and Eleanor Harris gave an excellent talk on i360 progress and plans.

We’re reliably informed that the starlings were over the pier around 4pm today, but our source was driving and couldn’t take a photo. Did anyone else see them? Any photos?
