BA i360 submit plans for a spire to top the observation tower

BA i360 have submitted plans to Brighton & Hove Council for a 11 metre spire, which if granted, will make it the tallest observation tower outside the capital.  It will be just shy of the 175 metre planning limit agreed and will replace the wind turbines originally designed to top the structure.  Further attractions and ...
